Our business is led by Satish Mathur and Dr John Wiggins, the partners.
In addition, we work with a team of senior executives and professionals. Together, we bring significant experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector. From a variety of medical and clinical professionals, we also work with people who have managed clinical and related services. But it is what they have achieved, their attitude, and their all round professionalism that is really important to us.
So we have the ability to bring together teams that can see the full picture of a patient journey. They understand where and how it can be made better. And that it will work in your organisation.
We all have these things in common:
Satish has Board level experience of the NHS and other sectors. He has worked with the NHS for over 15 years. He believes that financial and organisational success comes from providing high quality services that represent value for money and are appreciated by patients and the public.
He has worked with a number of NHS organisations to improve their performance through the design and delivery of programmes that have helped to improve the "way things are done" - focusing on people and processes to improve outcomes.
John has over 20 years experience as a consultant physician and 5 years as a Divisional Director and Medical Director. He is passionate about high quality health care and has extensive experience of specialty and service reviews within both acute trusts and local and regional healthcare systems. He is a specialist adviser for acute sector hospital inspections.
He has particular interests in value-based health care, medical engagement, coaching and mentorship.
Alison leads our primary care service. Having been a senior partner in a GP practice in Sussex, Alison has been at the forefront of developments such as comissioning; care at home/community and intergrated care.
She held an executive role in Coastal West Susex CCG and recognises that good teamwork, leadership and management are essential for success. Alison has also acted in non-executive roles in a PCT and in a Health Authority.
